This model was introduced in the same month as the Minx Mark VIII, and its front half is basically that of the Minx Mark VIII Special.  Production continued until well into the Audax range Minx era, and was eventually superseded by the Husky Series I (based on the Minx Series II).  There was no Husky Mark II.
